The remarks above are protected speech pursuant to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution as interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court as follows: "Brandenburg v. Ohio" 395 U.S. 444, 447 (1969) AND; do not constitute a "true threat" as defined by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case "Virginia v.
