Ahab	Whites	From Moby-Dick. Ahab hunted the white whale.
Ainu	Japanese Aboriginal	Originally, a word for the native Japanese islanders from Hokkaido, but now means roughly a "primitive" person. Usually look more European than their Japanese counterparts, i.e., more hairy and fair skinned. Not really derogatory.
Albino	Whites	Albinos are white.
Ame-koh	Americans	Term for Americans used by Japanese.
AmeriKKKan	Americans	Reference to inherent racism in US society. Entered the language as a part 1960s counter-cultural slang.
Ami	Americans	Used by Germans as derogatory reference of Americans. Shortened from Scheiss-Ami.

Amo	Amish	Pronounced ah-mo.
Angie	Canadians	English-speaking Canadians. Short for "Anglophone" and used in Quebec, especially for Anglophones in Quebec province itself.

Blaxican	Mixed Races	Black/Mexican mix. Pioneered by the Black/Mexican hip-hop group "Delinquent Habits".
Blockhead	Macedonians	Shape of their heads; Australian.
Blow	Blacks	Originated from blacks originally living in Africa and using blow guns.
Blue-Eyed Devil	Whites	Whites primarily with blue eyes are said to be the most evil. Especially since their skin is so pale, it looks scary to others as their blue eyes stare out at them.

Boong	Australian Aboriginal	"Boong" is the sound they make when they hit the bull bar (a metal bar attached to the front of a car to reduce damage when you hit an animal)

Bozgor	Hungarians	Term used in Eastern Europe for Hungarian-Ethnics living in different countries after WWI. It means "man without country" or just imitates Hungarian talking.
Brass Ankle	Mixed Races	Refers to a person of black and white heritage who passes for a white person. Unsure of origins.
Briar	Whites	Term probably comes from the briar bushes found in Appalachian states. Variant: briar-hopper. Applied locally to redneck Kentucky native or other southerner from Appalachia who resettled in Southwestern Ohio during or after WWII in search of factory jobs.
Brillo Pad	Blacks	Hair reminiscent of a Brillo Pad.
Brit	British	Short for British. Used as in "Brits Out!": graffiti from Ireland.
Bro	Blacks	Contraction of brother, see: Brother.
Bro-ho	Whites	A white woman who dates or has sex with black men. Bro = black man. Ho = short for "whore."
Brother	Blacks	Used by blacks in an effort to help unify their race. Also used by non-black races to poke fun at or try to identify with the black race.
Brown Trumpet	Blacks	Represents Black American jazz musicians.
Bruised Banana	Asians	A "banana" who acts black.
Bubble	Greeks	"Bubble & Squeak" is Cockney slang for Greek.
Buck/Buck Nigger	Blacks	This word has been used since the 17th century to refer to a male Negro - no matter whether slave or not.
Buckethead	Koreans	Of all Asian groups, Koreans are said to have the biggest heads.
Buckra	Whites	Gullah language word meaning White Trash.
Buckwheat	Blacks	Refers to Buckwheat, a Black character on "The Little Rascals."

Camel-Jacker	Arabs	A take off on Camel Jockey and Camel-Humper. This refers to the act of "stimulating" a camel by hand.

Canadian	Blacks	Used as a masked replacement for 'Nigger.'

Caveman	Whites	Refers to the Neanderthals living in caves; used by rappers.
Chale	Chinese	Informal/derogatory term used by Hispanics, primarily in Mexico, to refer to Chinese people. As in "Cafe de Chales" = Chinese-run or owned cafe.

Cham (2)	Amish	Represents a former Amish man.
Charcoal Briquette	Blacks	Used by Tony Soprano from The Sopranos to represent his daughter's half black boyfriend.
Charlie	Vietnamese	Originated during the Vietnam War (1960-1974) from the phrase 'Viet Cong,' shortened to V.C., which in the military phonetic alphabet is 'Victor Charles' which gets you to 'Charlie.'
Cheap Labor	Hispanics	Because minimum wage only applies to U.S. citizens.
Cheese-Eater	Dutch	Represents their fondness of eating cheese; used mostly by Germans.
Cheeser	Canadians	Used primarily in northern Washington State, refers to Canadians who cross the border to shop for big blocks of inexpensive American Cheese.
Chefur	Balkan	Comes from the same roots as "Kaffir", and is used in Slovenia as a derogatory term for anyone originating from one of the former Yugoslav republics.
Cherry Nigger	Native Americans	Color of their skin.
Cheshire Cat	Blacks	From Alice In Wonderland. The only way you see them in the dark is if they open their eyes and smile.
Chief	Native Americans	Self-explanatory.
Chiegro	Chinese	Refers to Chinese people that try to act like Black people or are half Black.
Chigger	Chinese	See Chiegro.
Chilango	Hispanics	Specifically Mexico City inhabitants. People from Mexico's provinces use it as an insult denoting a lazy, tricky, cheating person from the big city. Seen on bumper stickers: "Haz Patria, Mata Un Chilango" (Make Mexico great, kill a Chilango).
Chili	Hispanics	They tend to eat lots of chili peppers.
Chili-Shitter	Hispanics	Self-explanatory.
Chinaman	Asians	Self-explanatory.
Chinese	Asians	Used by the ignorant to describe any Asian with slanted eyes.
Chinese Wetback	Filipinos	Filipinos have a Spanish and Chinese heritage. Most have Hispanic surnames and still have a lot of Asian influence.
Chinig	Mixed Races	Chinese/Black mix. Combination of 'Chink' and 'Nigger'
Chink	Asians	In reference to their eyes. Dictionary definition: A narrow opening or slit.

Coal-Burner	White Women	From the film 'Freeway', represents when a white woman dates a black man.
Coal-Cracker	Irish	Many Irish immigrants mined coal.
Coalminer	Blacks	A Russian term for blacks, which originated because of their dark skin which looks like it is covered in coal dust. Pronounced "shahktor" in Russian.
Coat	Hispanics/Puerto Ricans	Instead of showering, they put on a new coat of cologne.
Cocksauce	Whites	Semen is white.
Cocoa	Blacks	From southwestern area of the US, called blacks "cocoa" for very much disrespect. See Cocoa Puff.
Cocoa Puff	Blacks/Whites	Represents a slang term for Blacks or a derogatory term for a White woman who sleeps or has children from Blacks. Originated from the cereal of the same name that turns white milk into chocolate milk.
Cocolo	Blacks	Dominicans used this term for Blacks because they look like "Coco"nuts and it sounds really African.
Coconut	Dark-Skinned People	Blacks, Hispanics, Filipino, etc. Mainly used to describe dark-skinned people who are perceived as trying to be "white"...brown on the outside, white on the inside.
Cold Drink	Blacks	In the South, some Blacks refer to all beverages as "Cold Drinks." For example, "I want some cold drink!"
Colored	Blacks	Skin color.
Commie	Russians	Originated during the cold war. Short for communist.
Conch	Islanders	Conch shells are found on islands along with islanders.
Congo Lip	Blacks	In reference to the ring-shaped objects primitive peoples from the South American jungles insert into their lips.
Conky (1)	Whites	Combination of "caucasian" (or "cracker") and "honky."
Conky (2)	Blacks	Derived from "conk", a lye-straightened hairdo popularized in the 1920s by Cab Calloway.
Convict	Blacks	Two-thirds of American inmates are Black.
Cookie	Chinese	Refers to fortune cookies. 'Cookie person/people.'
Coolie	Chinese	Chinese railroad workers in the 1800's wore triangle-shaped hats called "coolie hats". Might have originally been heard as "ku-li", a Chinese word meaning a menial worker.
Coon	Blacks	Probably refers to the Portuguese word for slave pens or barracks "baracoons". Could also have meaning as a shortening of "raccoon", as raccoons have a tendency to steal.
Coon Ass	Cajuns	French-Canadian Exiles who migrated to Louisiana. Fur traders. Originated during WW2 when the French soldiers heard the Cajun-French American forces speaking a very old version of the French language peppered with slang, they called them 'conasse', which translates roughly to mean 'cheap whore'. Of course the other non-Cajun members of the American forces heard this as "Coon Ass", and it stuck.
Cordon	Blacks	Derivative of the name of a champagne; Cordon Negro.
Cornbread	Blacks	It was in the movie "Shaft." Apparently Black people like Corn Bread.
Cornelius	Blacks	Planet Of The Apes reference.
Cotton-Picker	Blacks	Originates from pre-Civil War US. Refers to the slaves who picked cotton all day at the plantations.
Cow-Kisser	Indians	For the worship of cows in India.
Cowboy-Killer	Native Americans	They killed many a cowboy.
Cowfuck	Whites	Farmers in the fields getting intimate with their animals
Cracker	Whites	First used by the slaves to refer to their slave owners. Could originate from a) 'corncracker,' someone who distills corn whiskey, or b) the 'crack' of a whip the slave owners used or c) "white as a soda cracker". Might also refer to southern farmers too poor to own slaves, so they had to work their own fields. Cracker was a derogatory term used by the Scarlett O'Hara set.
Craw	Blacks	Fondness of "CRAW"dads.
Cremlin	Whites	White Europeans.
Cricket	Blacks	Color of skin vs. cricket's color (brown/black). Could also refer to Blacks that stay up all night playing loud thumping music, real common in the industrial Midwest.
Crime	Blacks	The high crime rate among Blacks.
Crizm	Whites	Some sort of variant of "cracker." Unsure of origins, but have heard it used in Florida.
Crumpet-Stuffer	British	They eat crumpets with their tea.
Crumpet-Sucker	British	They eat crumpets.
Cubs	Blacks	Look like cartoon bear cubs.
Cuff	Blacks	Heard used by white southern Georgia farmers to describe blacks. The origin is that blacks are always being arrested and being hand"cuffed" by the police.
Curry-Muncher	Indians	They eat Curry.
DP	Polish	"Dumb Polish," pronounced "deepee." After World War II, displaced refugees of Eastern European origin were referred as Displaced Persons, however, it stuck around even today to describe Polish immigrants.
Da-bi-zi	Whites	Used in China, it means "big nose."
Dago	Italians	Slang for Italian, originally coming from Spain. "Diego" was a common name in Italy at the time this slang was first used. See: Wop.
Dagowop	Italians	Combination of two slurs.
Dan	Blacks	Dumb-Ass-Nigger.
Darkie	Blacks	Skin color.
Dead Sea Pedestrian	Jews	See: Red Sea Pedestrian.
Dees-Right	Arabs	Arab people always ask "Is dees right, Is dees right?" (meaning 'is this right?')
Demi-nigger	Arabs	Somewhat lighter skin tone than Blacks.
Democrats	Blacks	A popular political affiliation among African Americans. Also in reference to always wanting stuff for free.
Devil	Whites	Used mainly by Blacks to refer to the evil white man.
Dial	Jews	During WWII, the Nazis would make soap out of the fat of the burned Jews (Dial is a brand of soap).
Diaper-Head	Indians	Same idea as Towel-head or Rag-head. In reference to turbans.
Dib	Israelis	Dumb Israeli Bastard. Commonly used by American Jews to deride the Israeli culture.
Dicksuckinflog	Dutch	16th Century term for prostitutes accused of witchcraft.
Dim Sum	Chinese	Refers to the food. Used in the movie "Romeo Must Die."
Dinge	Blacks	Used in the novel "To Kill a Mockingbird".

Double A	Blacks	Shorter version of 'African American.'
Dreads	Jamaicans	Hair style.
Drywaller	Hispanics	Hispanics do a lot of construction work and are usually paid very little or nothing.
Dub	Ukrainians	Dumb Ukrainian Bastard.
Dumb Wet	Hispanics	Variation of Wet-Back, as used on an episode of X-Files.
Dune Coon	Arabs	Comes from 'coon' (Blacks) of the 'dunes' (sand dunes) in the Middle East.
Dune Nigger	Arabs	Same ideas as Doon Coon and Sand Nigger.
Dusty Nuts	Arabs	It comes from Arabs living in the desert.
Dyke-Jumper	Dutch	Because of all the dykes in Holland, Dutch farmers use long wooden poles to pole-vault from one section of farmland to another.
Egg	Whites	White males that try to really get into East Asian culture and date Asian women. White on the outside, yellow on the inside (opposite of banana).
Egglet	Blacks	Black Children -- "little eggplant."
Eggplant	Blacks	Slur used mainly by Italians. See: Moolie.
Eh-Holes	Canadians	Canadians are known for saying 'eh?' a lot.

Eraser Head	Blacks	Because of their Afros looking like school chalkboard erasers.
Ese	Hispanics	Pronounced "s-a." Roughly translates to "dude." Offensively used by races other than Hispanics.
Etch	Indians	Some say their music sounds like etch-a-sketch.
FBI	Native Americans	Full Blooded Indian. Used in the movie Thunderheart. Not really a slur.
Fake Mexican	Hispanic-Americans	Used to describe those who have lost the language, culture, etc. of Mexico.
Fakey Jamaikey	Blacks	Blacks who try to act Jamaican, but actually aren't. Mostly used on TV or for musical purposes. For example, Miss Cleo: psychic advisor and tarot card reader.
Fan Kuei	Whites	Chinese for "ocean ghosts". Refers to skin color.
Farang/Falang	Whites	Means foreigner (i.e. non-Thai) of the white race. It is very frequently used in a simple descriptive way. It's negative only if the intent of the speaker is such.
Feather	Native Americans	Used to differentiate Indians from India ("Dots") from those from America ("Feathers").
Feb (1)	Blacks	February is Black history month.
Feb (2)	British	Stands for Fucking English Bastard.
Felipe Parkhurst	Guatemalan	Exiled from the country for life for selling many children to slavery.
Fence-Hopper	Mexicans	Mexicans hopping fences to get into the U.S.
Fenian	Irish	Refers to Irish Roman Catholic immigrants living in such large U.K. cities as Glasgow, Liverpool and Manchester. Also used by Protestants to demean Catholics in Northern Ireland.

Although many have it originating in Korea either by referring Korea's original name, "Hanguk", or during the Korean War when Koreans would ask American GI's "Mi Guk?" Wog (2)	Greeks or Italians	This term is currently used in Australia to refer to Greeks and Italians. Made popular by the movie "The Wog Boy"
Wog (3)	Indians	British Imperialists commonly referred to Indians as a "WOG" since they were commonly used as security, it stood for "Warden on Guard".

Wonder Bread Wop	Italians	Used by Italians to describe Italians who are more assimilated into "North American" culture.

Yangmo	Asians	Generic term representing any Asian group without having to identify country of origin.
Yankee	Americans	Slang used by the British. Also used in the former Confederate states to refer in a derogatory fashion to people of the Union states. Slur perhaps originally used derisively against the Dutch, calling them "John Cheese" (they made/ate a lot of cheese); Non-English speaking Dutch called back to the Americans, yelling "Yankee" (mispronunciation). Might also be a bastardization of "Jan-Kees", a common Dutch name.
Yape	Mixed Races	Condensed form of Yard Ape. Applies towards Blacks or Mexicans. Blacks sit out in the yard to keep cool. Mexicans are gardeners, thus always in the yard as well.
Yard Ape	Blacks	Low-income housing quite often has no air conditioning. Thus, people who live in housing projects often sit out front to keep cool. This slur originated in the 60's and 70's.
Yellow	Asians	Skin color (as compared to Caucasians).
Yellow Cab	Japanese	Japanese women who only date non-Japanese.
Yellow Devil	Asians	Common name used by American servicemen to describe the Japanese. Play on "White Devil"
Yellow Monkey	Asians	Skin Color as well as referring to the Asian race as monkeys, from Vietnam.
Yelvis	Asians	Yellow Elvis. Asians with pompadours. Plural: Yelvi.
Yen	Blacks	Yellow Eyed Nigger. These are Blacks, usually male, that due to a life of hard substance abuse have the whites of their eyes turn a hepatitis yellow.

Zip	Italians	Commonly used in the NY construction industry to describe Immigrant Italian laborers either in the Bricklayer or Concrete Mason trade. They are notoriously hard workers rarely stopping for a break and always "zipping" around the jobsite. They generally have a poor command of the English language.
Zip Coon	Blacks	Black stereotypical character from Antebellum South.
Zipperhead	Asians	Coined by US soldiers during Korean War. Also used in the film Full Metal Jacket. Two possible reasons: 1) if Asians were shot in the head with high-powered weapons, their heads would split as if you unzipped them or 2) many times the Asians would be run over by military Jeeps, which left tire tracks on them that resembled zippers.
