Comment: I have to confess that I don't understand the dynamics of breaking down water into gases in this invention. I wought that required a great deal of input. Maybe a new way has been found...

NOTE:  This one runs on either salt water or fresh--and gets nearly 200 miles to the gallon.  Please help circulate this so folks finally have a chance to understand that petroleum no longer is necessary as a road fuel.  Given the degree of climate chaos this year--with its massive impacts on our food supply-- why aren't various governments rushing to put this engine (or one even better) into mass production?   --  kl, pp

Jun. 13 - Japanese company Genepax presents its eco-friendly car that runs on nothing but water.

The car has an energy generator that extracts hydrogen from water that is poured into the car's tank. The generator then releases electrons that produce electric power to run the car. Genepax, the company that invented the technology, aims to collaborate with Japanese manufacturers to mass-produce it.
